Mr.Mason has a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the design and construction process of most building systems, with an extensive history in successful performance on design-build projects. Cecil has over 36 years of commercial general construction experience which includes projects from $1 million dollars to over $40 million dollars. These projects consist of design-build, design phase, bid/negation phase, hard bid, and Guaranteed Maximum Price contracts.

Mr, Mollenhauer has been in the construction industry for 10 years. With experience in many fields, framer, foreman and site superintendent. Being in the field Mr. Mollenhauer has gained a vast amount of knowledge with the understanding of completing a project on time, under budget. With this experience Shane has provided a state of the art customer service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and quality projects.

Mr. Risher has been in the construction industry for over 25 years with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering and B.S. in Elementary Education. John's experience includes but not limited to Environmental Control Engineer, Traffic Control Manager, Project Engineer, Site Safety Officer, as well as Quality Control Engineer. Mr. Risher has supported many projects on various Government installations including contracts with United States Army Corps of Engineers, throughout the Western United States.
